Hacking Anyone experienced any issues playing Japanese games with Gateway?

Considering getting one but I'm concerned about on their website where it says there are "some expected issues related to language fonts." Has anyone run into any problems with in-game text not displaying properly?

nope, all Jap games playing fine on my EUR 3DS

might be because EUR consoles normally have more languages installed tho as covers more countries

but you would think all 3DS's have the same so that when you spotpass anyone from another country all the hello messages display correctly

have you tried Mario Kart 7 JAP ?
because it is' one of the few games that use font of the console
