Hacking Anyone Else Have This Problem W/ DML?

whenever I try a multi-disc game, the second disc always results in a stack error. has anyone encountered this?

edit: I may have fixed the problem. I changed the title ID folder name for the second disc. however, I don't have a save on the second disc for any 2-disc games. selecting a save from the first disc or choosing new game results in an error.
