Hacking Anyone could help a noob out here? About the Shop Channel.

I wish to enter the WiiShop to download Netflix. Unfortunately, it keeps asking me to upgrade, and since my Wii has been hacked... well, I know that may not be a good idea.

Is there any way to bypass that?

What system version are ya on?
You can download the wad of the netflix channel here: [search on google, i won't link to copyrighted material]
Or you can install newest shop channel without upgrading system menu

Just get the newest Shop Channel WAD from Modmii.

You would also need to install IOS 56 otherwise when accessing the newly updated shop channel an error would appear if that particular IOS is not installed.

Well, the wad worked for a couple of days. Now it's asking to be updated, and I'm back at ground zero until a new wad is released, I guess.

First off, install PriiLoader and block all updates. Then get the shop channel WAD from ModMii and install it. It will always be the newest, official WAD.

(That's how I have it but I'm on 4.2. I haven't actually entered the shop channel lately though. Is the newest shop channel asking to be updated now then? That sucks.)

Alternate Option: Use Dop-Mii to update the Shop Channel.
