ROM Hack Any way to get the 20th anniversary pokemon through Wodner Card spoofing?

exactly what the title is asking.. I missed a few of the wifi ones and i believe one of the code ones, and i just wanted to know whether I was SOL or not. Thanks for the responses in advance~

I'm pretty sure there was a website with all the Anniversary Pokemon in the form of .wc6 files you could inject into your save, but I can't for the life of me remember what the website is called. So you're not completely SOL
