ROM Hack Any version of pokemon black/pokemon black 2, ap patch doesnt run the game and without it it crashes

Any pokemon black NDS file i find works fine up until your mother gives you the running shoes and it crashes. If i try to run it AP patched the nds bootstrap screen turns black and nothing happens. if i close it and attempt to run again it just stays white and nothing happens
