Don't create a thread every time it happens, just report it.
If the entire page is redirected to a warning (depending on the browser or plugin responsible), they can't click the button.
You can continue anyways.

EDIT:

the thing is, anyone in their right mind would not click "proceed anyway" for fear of getting their computer infected :P
the warning page is quite scary, at least in google chrome...

Ehh...I'd argue the opposite if it's on a trusted site like the Temp. I doubt it's even malware to begin with and Google is just being picky.

These warnings have nothing to do with GBAtemp usually. What often happens and what happened in this case is that people post images in their sigs and posts who's source becomes blackilisted by google for being dodgy in some way. And there may be a real danger there for people so we appreciate it when they report these instances to us so we can remove them.

How should I report them? By making these threads? Because I don't know which people use imagethe.net other than Mr. [member='AbdallahTerro']

Usually when I need to report a thread for something I report the first post and then include information in the report (such as the thread's issue). Staff can find who's pulling in the image that's tripping up the system by looking for the reference to that site in the HTML output by the forum and then matching that section up with a user account.

No just report by using the report button, that is usually good enough. :P
