Hacking Animal Crossing (randomly not working?)

Today I was walking in my college campus and my DS with my R4 fell and hit the pavement. It fell flat and didnt bounce or anything. it got scuffed a little but it wasn't broken. Later on I tested it out, and for some reason, every game worked except for my Animal Crossing. When I load it, it just immediately freezes and the screen stays on the rom selection screen. I tried formatting, renaming the rom, downloading and replacing the rom itself, i even took my save off and made a new file, but it all ends up with the same freezing. It worked perfectly, even just last night, up until i dropped it. it's kinda a weird thing to have happen after a ds being dropped. Any advice?

    @ShantaeFan123, I think Switch2 gonna use same OS, so switch1 games will be native played, not emulation. Basically just a beefed up Switch1. But I think the Switch2 games gonna be more secure/ extra copy protections and the motherboard on Switch2 redesigned so modchips harder (hidden connection points)

    Crazy we gotta wait till April for anymore details. Then who knows how long after that till release. Seems like they were not ready to reveal til April, but because of all the leaks, they had to reveal something.
