Yes it's possible. You can move PWPs or your own house too.

Somebody please help?
I have homebrew and JKSM save manager up and running. I used the acnl save manager to adjust some things in my game, saved it (it became garden_plus.dat (4)) and replaced the old garden_plus.dat file. I put my SD card into my 3ds, went to JKSM and pressed import. It said that it was 'completed' so I went to go check my game but nothing changed..I've tried this quite a few times now, and it's still not working.
I tried downloading the acnl save manager file onto my 3ds but it does not appear in hombrew. (My ds is an old 3ds XL, Japanese.) OH and homebrew is running from soundhax. I'm on 11.2.0-35-J

UPDATE: tried using the normal save_manager (the one with the blue alien thing). Tried importing but it said 'missing target title'...

UPDATE 2: the normal save_manager worked once, now its not working and it keeps stopping while trying to import (pretty sure i renamed the garden_plus(random number).dat file to 'garden_plus.dat' file.

UPDATE 3: I FIGURED IT OUT. All the things i saved from the acnl save editor browser all had numbers at the end of them. Eg. garden_plus (3).dat I just had to rename it to 'garden_plus.dat'

I haven't tested any of these, but they should work. Please let me know if something isn't working properly.

Also, this will be probably the last big version for some time (unless it needs critical bugfixing). I'll be busy for some time starting tomorrow and I think there is no room for new cool features right now. This started as an experiment and has grown a lot since then, but I think it's time to move on.

I have switched over to GitHub pages which is free, but I'm crossing fingers so it doesn't exceed bandwidth limits lol I hope the appcache feature will help reduce bandwidth.

i think you could possibly provide this link for help https://www.reddit.com/r/AnimalCros..._cannot_use_save_data_because_it_was_not_the/ as it seemed to be a common problem (a key note is to backup the game (after saving) and edit it restoring it before entering the game (simply entering the game changes the timer as it uses this to tell if you didnt save before exiting)

Hey, new to the forum, I have a question about the editor online. I am using a mac and when I go to press save changes, another blank page loads up but then nothing, no download, no changes have been saved? Any idea why this is happening or is it just not compatible with a mac? Thanks

With the Welcome Amiibo update, put trees in front of fences is impossible. You can see them the day where you did that but the next day, they are no longer there

Hello I've been having a bit of an issue, not sure if anyone can help, but I've been playing ACNL but wanting to restore an old backup from the non-update game, and whenever I do it says to update the software but it is updated! I've tried uninstalling the update to update again and even deleting and making another NNID. Not sure what to do.

Update your save with AC:NL save editor, "other" -> secure value
Otherwise I don't see. If you can't, dump your current save and edit ?

I've tried doing the secure value too and it still wanted me to update, I'll try again though!

EDIT: Didn't work sadly, all I really needed was my old main street upgraded and catalog though. It would be great if we could have those on the editor!

yup! the old one is from like september, keeps saying to update animal crossing when i start but i did.

cant restore it as acnl uses garden.dat and acnl amiibo uses garden_plus.dat
