Hardware Alternative way to connect to my external harddrive

I have a seagate 1TB external drive and the UBS connector broke off and now I have no way to access it. Is there some cord or something that exists that I can connect to the actual drive itself.

take the actual harddrive out of the shell and connect it to a pc with normal sata

Or take it out of the case and put it in a dock. Like the one in the link I attached.
