There's a tutorial for RPI in the tutorials section you can try but I just use external because I end up having issues with RPI all the time.

You might be able to find Joonie on psx place. He's hidden though, so you won't know when he's online.

Same place as internal, the user partition.

user partition as well, in a folder named patch

    — Posts automatically merged - Please don't double post! —

btw, @lilalex , extended storage has a user partition too, but there's only a few folders in it. it should have a patch folder as well iirc. to access it, go to mnt/ext0 (this is extended storage), normal usb is mnt/usb1 iirc. I checked that for a friend when he was wondering what the mount point was for normal fat32/exfrat usb without having an exploitable system.

Yeah changing the name of a game through app.db doesn't work. Might not be possible once the game is installed you might have to rename the PARAM.SFO and rebuild the PKG before installing it. I haven't really looked at other locations through FTP yet though.

I wonder if you can change the name through the system_data folder. there's another location, which may be where the param.sfo are located. it's mentioned in that database python script if you look at the code.

I just opened ftp and realized something if someone wanted to although it may not be practical they could transfer a pkg through ftp to usb0 which is the exfat external and then install it to PS4. But it would most likely be faster just to plug the external into your computer transfer it that way then plug it back into PS4.

this is what I'm thinking, location is probably slightly different for internal but not much so:

I want to rename a game on external so it seems logical it'd be /mnt/ext0/system_data/priv/appmeta

But there's no PARAM.SFO there, but there is in /system_data/priv/appmeta but it only has internal games.

Nevermind there's an external folder. I'll rename it but I'm not rebooting anytime soon because doing the exploit on 7.51 is not fun.
