Hacking Acekard Update Question

I just got a new acekard that I want to update for 1.4.1 and the 3ds. Do I have to run each update seperately, or if I do the 3ds one will the card work on 1.4.1 as well on 1.4.1?

No, just 1.4.1, I'm just setting up a Acekard 2i for a friend of mine with a 3ds and a 1.4.1 dsi, I have instructed him to not update until I say it's okay.
