i am looking for animal crossing gamecube to play on my wii and have found a cheap one, i have also found a cheap gamecube remote, but is it worth getting, or should i save up for somthing else?

If the GC controller is cheaper than buying a classic remote, then yes, I'd buy it, otherwise, but the classic remote instead.

i don't believe that the classic controller is compatible with gamecube games. so if you don't already have a gamecube comtroller, you'll probably want to get one before playing any gamecube games.

definitely you should get a gamecube controller for playing gamecube games on your wii...that's a given.

I'd say get it if you are either a big AC fan, or have never played it. I have all three games, and I still play them often.
