Long time ago Valiarchon and his team worked on Keroro RPG patch but it was discontinued.
I would like to work on at least translating the menu (and some of the items, those without insane Japanese description)
Are there are still tools out there to help me accomplish my goal? since I have zero hacking skills.

If you are asking if there is a tool that make that for you and if you are asking if there is somebody that do it for you, the answer is no.

Someone worked on it in the past so I assume there are tools out there.

Hex editors and debug emulators are available, and they can do *everything*: text, music, graphics, game mods... There are also sticky threads talking precisely about that. Just saying.

That's because you saw me talking about don't you* (edit fix) ? lol

Because that was Valiarchon and I who were working on it, and well I deleted all I had from back then because it was quite ugly and I still want to do it.
Actually, I was talking about it with GHANMI here, yesterday, how fun is that ^^

Same if you want to translate, feel free to send me a pm.
I don't have lots to offer you but at least I have most of the menu.

Something is better than nothing, that's for sure.
But we still need someone to input the translated text into the game, got someone in mind?
And I will state out front, again, I don't have the skills to translate the story. so I will not dive into this area.
If you plan in a full translation like before I will be little help and we will need knowledgeable Japanese translator.

P.s. I just looked at the tales of hearts thread and wondered what happened with the translation of this game, did a little search and wanted to take it upon myself.

Thing is, I already have the menu translated by Valiarchon. All is left is the script basically so...
Anyway maybe you didn't see but there's tons of project I'm in actually, so I'm going to make the script insertable but not now, now I'm looking with GHANMI about the graphics (since there's tons of them)

Hah, I haven't been on here in a long while now. Wasn't actually my team; if anything probably Stor did the most work on it, but I think it was Noitora that started the project? Can't remember. Anyway, I'm pretty much back in the scene now, after finally sorting my timetable out for work and uni, so hopefully we can pick this back up in a timely manner.
