So, I am new to the Wii U hacking and was wondering if there were any method to unpack compressed files inside Wii U. I am using FTP to pass my files to the SD card inside the console but it's taking so long.(FTP is not verry good with multiple small files)

Use V wii homebrew browser. WII U CANNOT do anything since it doesn't use sd card most of the time. Only durin homebrew, and there is no file explorer for SD cards on wii u. USE wii explorer on homebrew channel in wii mode,

That's IF OP has an exploitable game to intall homebrew channel to vWii. I was going to do that yesterday but turns out my SSBB disc is broken and I can't pay for a new one right now.
For now OP you will have to either install homebrew channel to vWii if you haven't already, or if you can't just send the files over unpacked.

Honestly, i wouldn't recommend it since the v wii is not a powerful console, and can take a long time to extract archive data, requires enough space for the archive to exist and even more to extract it, and can only work with zip files. I dunno if is the wiixploer itself or something else.

Thanks for the replies all of you! I've still haven't unlock the vWii, Brazil is in shortage of Wii games since Nintendo decided not to sell here, so the games that are on the marked are getting overpriced.
One last question, I have an class 10 sd card: There's the compatibility between Wii U homebrews and the exFAT format?

I'm pretty sure the Wii U is only capable of reading FAT32, but I've never actually tried using exFAT. Give it a go, and if it doesn't work, reformat it back to FAT32.
