Hacking A quick M3 Zero question

So i gave my DS lite away (along with my M3 Real), and now im getting the DSi with the M3 Zero. Before i gave my M3 Real card away i backed up all my saves of games on my comp!
My question is will the saves from the M3 Real be compatiable with the M3 zero?

As long as they're named the exact same thing as your rom that they need to correspond to then yes they should work.
