I have been download only the games, not the updates, via the helper. Then I only install the game to my WiiU, then connect to the internet, then download the updates for the games. Is this okay what I have been doing? Or should I stop and download the updates using the helper too. For some reason, my wiiU downloads updates faster. Thanks!

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
