Homebrew A question about HB and the ban wave thing

BEFORE STARTING,i searched here and on internet about this,but nothing came up :x

But anyway...My 3ds can get banned for using Homebrew Launcher? Maybe i found a way to use the launcher,so...It seems that basehax still works,so im gonna give it a try :v

Well,if yes...There is a method to hide the fact that you are using HBL?

I don't want to get banned for just using HBL :v

I don't want to get banned for just using HBL :v

If you launch HBL through *hax, it just shows up as the *hax game in activity log etc. so there's no chance of a ban. Although if you use stuff that patches the system like ctr-httpwn there's a chance they could detect it.

so,if i use basehax to install stellhax,AND THEN,i use stellhax...no ban,right?

There are no reports of users including Smealum with access to low-level userland like Homebrew getting banned, so it's safe thus there are no records/leftovet of HB in activity logs

The bans are for those with CFW, the causes for these bans are unknown, it might be going online with custom cias running on was what sets Nintendo off.

If you use any out of region game carts using regionfree app in HB it will be recorded as "??????????" in activity logs.
