Homebrew A few questions from a newbie

I'm new to the scene having just got a wii on xmas day and i have softmodded it using gamma. I'm taking it slowly just now and only really backing up my games. But for need for speed to work i needed to download the backup loader again with the 002 fix, I now have 2 of these on my homebrew channel, can i delete the original or am i best keeping them both?

Also, is there any easy way of booting backups direct from a channel or some sort of shortcut? it no big deal it would just be easier than having to go through the hombrew channel then the loader.

Yes you can delete the original.

You can install a WAD manager and inject a channel for backup loader.
