Hacking A Bunch of Questions About PSO (Phantasy Star Online)

I have a hard copy of the game.
If there's a way for me to modify save data by copying it to an SD Card from a Gamecube memory card; can anyone point me in the right direction?
I already have Homebrew but I haven't found anything on my own.
I haven't messed with Homebrew since I lost my first copy of SSBB.
Is there a way to get unlimited Materials as well as infinity item usage, unlimited mag feeding until level 200 & placing items in the bank?
I don't want to get online with the game because Time Warner won't allow me to connect no matter how hard I try to get WPA2 set up on my router.
