You posted this problem as an Ask! thread, rather than a proper one. Ask! threads are usually reserved for really simple, text-based questions and answers where a single answer can be marked as the best one and discussion isn't needed. Most formatting options (including embedding images) are also disabled in Ask! threads.
I'd recommend you post this question in the Xbox 360 - Console, Accessories and Hardware subforum instead, where you can upload images directly and take part in discussion.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
