Hardware Wii u wont power on

I have a wii u that use to power on. I dont exactly remember but i believe the power supply was connect to an outlet of a wall and was connected to my wii u console and the power went out. I have tried 2 different power supplies it didnt work. I also tested the voltage of both power supplies and they both outputted 15 volts. I also replaced the coin battery and had no luck with that either. Someone told me to check here for further assistance as i may need to dissemble my console and access the motherboard. I am really new to this and dont really have an knowledge on repairing consoles or working with motherboards, but I am willing to learn to get my console running again, so i apologize a head of time for being slow and asking a lot of dumb questions. I have the monster hunter dlc downloaded and since the internet services are shutdown i wont be able to redownload it, so i am really motivated to get it fixed

You can ask nintendo to unlink your NNID from that console. Then you can use the NNID on another console and still redownload all your eShop purchases.

To fix the problem you have: First make sure to disconnect everythingbesides the powersupply.
What is the LED doing when you try to turn it on?
