ROM Hack 3DS Video converter

I currently use https://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-video-converter.315687/ to convert my videos for the 3DS, but the size bothers me. If i convert a 30 minute video of an tv serie that is 200MB big, itll be 600 MB when converted (3x200MB) Is there an program around that gives me smaller sizes? (Currently already using the smallest size option on that converter, but it does not seem to affect anything)

That's what you get when you convert a generally compressed video to a poor-to-zero compression video format like the 3DS uses.
