Misc 3DS Sound app isn't loading my Songs and Playlists

I have a few mp3-s on my 3DS but the Sound app doesn't load them, or my playlists.
I leave it alone for 30 - 60 minutes, it still doesn't load.
Any tips on how to get it working?

Your MP3 files must have a bit rate between 16kbps and 320kbps, and a sampling frequency between 32kHz and 48kHz to work with the 3ds sound app.

Also copyright-protected music files cannot be played.

So are your MP3 files the right bit rate and sample frequencies and are they copyright protected???

My MP3 file bit rates should be fine, but idk if it's copyrighted or not.
Sometimes it loads everything, but that sometimes is really rare.

Nevermind, i got it to work.
All comments after THIS ONE aren't gonna be read anymore!

For people in the future who have this same issue, just open the "StreetPass" tab a few times, and wait.
It worked for me!
