I’m fairly new to the world of modding and tried modding my 3ds LL to an American console. I got everything in working order it’s all modded I can boot up god mode 9 and Luma perfectly, but the problem comes in when I tried to do a ctr transfer the guid I was following told me to go into god mode 9 and delete a file ending in 17 with a whole bunch of zeros once that’s done he says hit start and in a few seconds you system should now load in English, but once o tried that the screen just turns black and doesn’t boot up. I can still boot up into God mode nine and Luma but when I try to load the main menu of the 3ds the screen just goes black the charging light and the power light stay on for how ever long I have the 3ds on it’s just the main 3ds system won’t load
