CTR-P-ALDP is the Europe version of "Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights"

also, the Title ID for "Lets Ride! Best in Breed 3D" is 0004000000062000

After a failed attempt at trying to download files onto my sd card I need some quick advice. Would anyone be kind enough to answer these questions? What do we do with the "3ds rom info" information? Do we plug that into something? Also is there a guide that can lead someone like me step to step with in how this works? LOL. Again, i am extremely sorry for offending anyone out there, just new to this and trying to learn.

This info is 'worthless', we can't do anything with the roms yet.

I remember reading somewhere that Legacy released the information on dumping the ROMs. I am guessing that how CONTRAST and VENOM started dumping ROMs. Anyone know where the info is?

No they did not. I kinda implied that it's a software method though.. the first time they dumped a few it was done with hardware apparently. But i can't imagine them making devices to send to other groups when software dumping would probably be possibly when the games were playable. So when this new wave started i think it's software.

No, i doubt it.. look at the dates of the dumps and what regions they are from, and the fact LGC's wording that they shared. I doubt CONTRAST a group with no history of releasing anything with a coder involved made managed to start dumping in 3 regions in a few days.

Don't mean it in a bad way about them mind, just saying it seemed pretty much certain that software was made once LGC started their second flood 3 months after some proof of concept hardware dumps.

The nfo are stored in /nfo/ folder instead of /imgs/

update_path/imgs/1-500/1.png
update_path/nfo/1-500/0001.nfo

I used the same filename as NDSCRC. (xxxx.nfo)
I can rename them to be like the pictures (1.nfo), but it looks better with 4 numbers when sorting by filename.

As it's meant to be offline list, you can store the nfo in a new folder:
OfflineList 0.7.3 beta2\imgs\dat name\1-500\
OfflineList 0.7.3 beta2\nfo\dat name\1-500\

or directly stored in the imgs folder.
OfflineList 0.7.3 beta2\imgs\dat name\1-500\1a.png
OfflineList 0.7.3 beta2\imgs\dat name\1-500\1b.ong
OfflineList 0.7.3 beta2\imgs\dat name\1-500\0001.nfo

PS: You can send me a PM in french here if you want.
I don't look my emails very often.

if you want download nfo go here : http://www.playeradvance.org/forum/showthread.php?t=37667 and take
Viewnfo.rar.

in plugins directory creat a file named 3ds_OL.txt
and write this

; Pour télécharger les nfo
http://3ds.sytes.net...fo/%qimg/%u.nfo

;http://www.google.fr/search?tbm=isch&hl=fr&q=3ds+%n%r[ ,+]+ -wii -psp -ds -xbox -ps3

;http://www.ds-scene.net/nfo.php?id=3DS%u ; toujours un probleme avec les roms 17,18 et 19 d'apres ds-scene ??

or download here : http://scene.release...gins/3ds_OL.txt

(don' forget to active plugins ( menu options->Plugins)

the ; is comment who not read so you can delete it.

Thank you.
But the nfo is not displayed in offlineList, it's downloaded in the browser (open a new tab in firefox, and ask where to save it).

And about 17,18 and 19, this is not a problem, it's just a different Release order.
There are a lot of different order in ~#120 too.

I'm using this release order: http://3ds.essh.co/

So its a piece of software that i guess runs on ds mode that they released privately to a select few? bummer i thought the info was released publicly.

16Gb games already?
I thought they said 8gb cartridge only at launch, but these games were already there at launch.
16G per game, not everyone will keep a dump collection

Edit:
ah, those are bit, not byte.
They said 8Gbytes.

Thank you Pong for the available infos.
I don't know if the "numbered" list is still a good idea, all website used a different one for DS dumps, it was confusing.
A terabyte is pretty cheap now.
