Wooo 180 3DS roms now

wonder if we hit 200 before a hack is released lol
i bet we will
is there even 200 games yet 0.o

Having different region games released could easily add the release list up to above 200. Also demos (could) be dumped but I'm not sure if the dumping groups have any yet, although I've seen a few demo carts on ebay...

Well if neimod doesn't come up with something through his work with the 3ds, either an actual method to load or a push in the right direction, then we will EASILY have 200 rom dumps by the time the first loader comes out

Steal****

back to the topic, i hope a hack will be release soon, but i'm glad that when one surfaces we'll have many roms and a lib3ds to use

lib3ds?
I thought nobody knew how the 3DS worked internally (unless they have a leak of the official SDK) and couldn't make any libraries.
Also, CiTRUS is not a library. if you read that in the ctr topic it's because someone used that word but it was a wrong word choice.

Question: How long did it take for DS emulators to exist? I barely remember anything anymore, but if I remember correctly, DS roms were dumped first, followed by homebrew-only emulators (I think one of them was called Ensata?), and finally commercial-game emulators. I definitely remember looking at a website in like 2006 or something where it clearly stated that (at the time) there were ROMs available but no emulators to play them, and that "the emulators linked below can only play DS homebrew".

This seems very similar to what's currently going on in the 3DS. Does anyone remember a sort of timeline regarding these events?

Sorry if this question is a little off-topic, but it seemed like the best place to put it.
