Just look on eBay for one, for example seach "3ds dual core" or something like that and they'll be listed with the r4 name edited out since flashcards can't be sold on eBay. It's how I got mine, and I payed around £15 including shipping for it too.
I bought one off of nds-card.com. They're a gbatemp sponsor so I took the chance and I had mine in 2 weeks. Payed $7 with shipping for an r4-sdhc dual core I think.
I don't think they run nativley on the newest firmware but the newer builds of rxtools had a few patches for old ds cards so mine works on emunand.
