And I am able to install now CIA files and everything works fine.

What I dont understand is:

1- am I installing into my sd card every cia ?
2 - i did a backup of my nand as explained, but am I booting in what nand when I reboot 3ds?
3 - how can I uninstall cia ?
4 - Now my system is no more 10.0 but 11.4. is it ok to update every time ? I tried to login to nintendo eshop and works

1. Yes. Like eShop games, all cias are installed to sd

2. You're booting from the normal nand or more correctly sysnand. The backup is only a backup

3. From system settings or FBI

4. It's usually okay to update. Check here for confirmation first if you're unsure or take a nand backup. Nothing can break permanently by updating.

If I do a system transfer from a 2DS to new 3DS (i'd be moving the contents of the sdcard), will I still keep all of my Cia games installed? Or will I have to reinstall them?

Also, does my a9lh transfer over? Or not?

A9LH will not transfer, you have to hack the target console using DSiWare hax. See https://3ds.guide for details (look at the 11.4 section). If the target console is not hacked, you won't be able to use anything pirated. If it is hacked (or you hack post transfer) the pirated games will appear after installing their tickets (a stock console can't install tickets except by buying the games from the eShop). If all the games came from freeShop or CIAngel, you can restore them using tikShop.

sorry if this is the wrong place to ask:
can I download Nintendo Badge Arcade on a hacked 3ds? is there something i should avoid about it?
Yes you can and don't use any hacks with it.
To elaborate on the above answer, if you use any hacks to get more tries (using Gateway or NTR) you can get banned from just that application. Even if you spent some money on it. (This seems silly, it costs them nothing if someone manages to scam a few extra tries, so they may as well enjoy the money being spent on it. I thought I was safe by buying tries and then making the number increase with Gateway but I guess not...)

Second question,

How do I specifically output a decrypted title key for one title? I am able to do all of them at once, but not one (through godmode9, unless I'm missing something)

Hello, Nintendo mavens!

Today I received the sad news about my old and trusty Nintendo DS Lite - its power circuit broke, and the repairs would cost me more than the price I initially paid for it. So I was thinking about what to do next, and came to you with some questions. I have a Supercard DSTwo (exactly like on this picture: http://www.elespiel.com/img/p/48-809-thickbox.jpg).

1. Will this card work with a New Nintendo 3DS to play NDS games? Like, will it actually fit into the slot? Never held a 3DS unit in my hands before.
2. If yes, do I need to have a specific firmware version for it to work?
3. If yes, do I need to install any software updates for the card itself? Where to look for them? Found this link, but not sure which version to use: http://eng.supercard.sc/manual/dstwo/download.htm
4. Regardless of NDS games, will I also be able to buy a Sky3DS+ and play 3DS games by alternating the cards without fuss?
5. I know this is a long shot and not something that is definite yet, but is there a chance Supercard DSTwo and Sky3DS+ will work on the upcoming New Nintendo 2DS XL? I'm willing to wait and see for after its release if that's theoretically possible.

Thank you very much for your time!

1.-3. I'm not sure about the dstwo other than that it'll physically fit.

4. Sky3ds+ will work, but you should just install cfw by using https://3ds.guide You don't need to buy anything.

5. As far as I know everything that works on the new 3ds works in the new 2ds XL.

I'm trying to play these games on the 3DS retroarch Genesis Plus emulator, but whenever I select them the emulator acts as if it has properly loaded the ROM, but I see nothing but a black top screen while the bottom screen does what it would do if the ROM was actually running.
