I just got a new 128GB mSD card, but need to format it to FAT32. How should I go about doing that? Is there a good program I could use? My laptop has Windows 10 64-bit on it. Thoughts and help appreciated

Edit: I found SDFormatter, but which Format options should I choose? The mSD is for my N3DS.

no, use 65536 on a 128gb microsd card, or it will be very slow.

Does installing CFW remove the ability to go into Gateway Mode? (Therefore taking away the ability to play games from the Gateway card) I much prefer using microSD to store my games (Not being able to go online doesn't really bother me) so I'd really like to know if I can still go into Gateway Mode after installing CFW.

If you want to use Gateway mode, there are a few restrictions:

1. You need an emuNAND, for safety
2. The emuNAND can't be updated past 11.2 or Gateway will not work (will boot to a black screen).
3. SysNAND shouldn't be updated past 11.2, since booting Gateway in sysNAND mode on 11.3 or 11.4 will remove a9lh/b9s or brick your console
4. GBA and DSiWare won't work at all (I believe)

It is better to extract the saves while you have access to Gateway mode, install those games and import the save files. It's a lot easier than managing the restrictions.

I saw someone asked the same question a few months ago... But just want to make sure... I can safely update games I got from freeshop?

Haven't even launched one of them yet, just been packing the 3ds SD card full of stuff. But when I go to open the presents, a bunch of the games say that there are updates.

I think not, since BootNTR Selector automatically handles needed files at the first start

It was used to launch NTR with the official BootNTR

Does rosalina not support jksm? Because i tried to use jksm through the hb launcher and it didnt work, however chmm2 works fine through hblauncher

I'm not sure but why don't you just use the cia version?

JKSM probably. I'm not sure if it can do all of those (I think it might not be able to do gba) but I've used it for gb and 3ds games.

With the rosalina menu, i go into it with select, L, and down, when i leave the menu, sometimes my whole screen turns black and white and i have to turn ofd my 3ds to fix it. Is anyone else having this issue?

Oh, I see why.

You have to be online to play Nintendo Badge Arcade. It's not as simple as editing the RAM values.
