The H2testw files will not be 4GB (they should be tiny) but you said it had a problem writing?it's on Fat32, and i have fitted a total of 75GB worth of dummy files on it.
edit: also yes i only get an error when a single file is over 4GB.
When you say you fit 75GB of dummy files on it - were they able to be read when you put the SD card in a different machine? The way the fake cards work is they use some of your hard drive to store files beyond the real capacity (and appear on your computer as the full capacity), so whatever computer was used to write the files can't tell the difference. But when you try to read them on a different machine they'll either not be there at all or be corrupted (if part of the file is on the card and part on the hard disk).
