Hi, when i try to launch menuhax from hbl (cia from emunand) it launch prefectly but i can't install it (i choose my option 'configure/check haxx triger ect) but it give me a error which tell me that i can't install idk why (i'll give the error after), this is from where i downladed files : https://github.com/yellows8/3ds_homemenuhax/releases/download/v2.0/menuhax_v2.0.zip
Have you even installed it yet? You should click on the "install" option at the top to install.

Re,

It tell me that my O3DS is in 10.7.0-3 (emunand) can't be installed on my version, i understood i can't install this from the hombrew launcher cia thing, i should use the Browser Exploit (which i hate because of the pretty low bootrate)

edit : i finished the installation, it worked, now i have coldboot

But i have another question : if i change the theme on my Emunand, i t will remove themehax ?

Everytime that I click format the program crashes
You can use the Gateway launcher to format emuNAND instead. Go to the Gateway website, and download the latest launcher. Set up the files for the Homebrew Menu that are included with the Gateway download on your SD card, and place the launcher on the root of your SD card. After that, boot into Gateway from the Homebrew Menu, and choose the option to format emuNAND. Then, use EmuNAND Tool to inject your emuNAND backup, and restore the SD card backup without the games to the SD card. After that, you're done!

Hey guys, I'm getting an error on OTPHelper using One Click Setup and it seems to be an error on the same single TMD file every single time, giving me validation 1 and 2 failed errors. I've restored my EmuNAND and subsequently retried four times now and it still won't work - is there possibly an error with the particular CIA file? I checked using godmode9 and the SHA256sum doesn't match at all.

Will try this tomorrow. I am thinking about something though. Just pasting all the content of my old sd card into my new one since all the rxtools things are there and I can just boot into it and format emunand and then I can get it working. Wouldn't it be much easier than doing a whole new setup with the files following what you said above? Thanks.

Hi! I ran into a problem recently and I was hoping somebody could help me.

I don't have a Gateway Flashcard, but I am running the Gateway Menu using the "Launcher.dat" file and the "GW" files.
Everything works fine, but my true objective was to restore my NAND.bin file.
I opened the Gateway Menu, went to "Downgrade System", pressed the Up Button and the option
and it asked me if I wanted to restore my NAND.bin file. I pressed A and it said:
"NAND.BIN ERROR"
"PRESS A TO RETRY"
"PRESS B TO EXIT"

I have my NAND.bin file in the root of my microSD (I have a N3DS with 9.2)
Can anyone help me? What am I doing wrong?

The issue is that rxTools doesn't have a format emuNAND option. That's why you need Gateway, or EmuNAND9 Tool. EmuNAND Tool doesn't like emuNANDs formatted by EmuNAND9 Tool for some reason, so that's why I suggested Gateway.

Emunand 9 being the one rx uses? I only used rx control panel to backup my nand and that is it. Also the multi nand creator is crashing because the nand that I backed up was made by rx?

The emuNAND partition isn't actually created by rxTools, rxTools can back it up though. There are tools completely separate from rxTools that format the actual emuNAND partition on your SD card. Information on EmuNAND9 Tool can be found here. It's against the rules to link to Gateway's website, but you can find it through Google easily enough. I'm not sure why Multi EmuNAND Creator crashed. I thought that you used EmuNAND Tool to backup your emuNAND, but I think I misunderstood. You used rxTools' emuNAND backup tool to create the backup. You can use EmuNAND9 Tool to format emuNAND and to inject the emuNAND backup instead of EmuNAND Tool, if you didn't make your backup with EmuNAND Tool.

Hi there! I have this doubt for a while and I can't find a definite answer because the game I attempt Miiverse screenshot has its own communities & able to get in-game screenshot.

(1) Does anyone know how to post screenshot to Miiverse for.cia game played in emuNand (I use rxTools cfw by the way)? When I paused the game to go into Miiverse the option to "take a screenshot" & "add play journal entry" is not there. It just takes me to the main page of Miiverse. I have linked my NNID. The game I tried has its own communities so I'm not sure why it can't work.
(2) I heard that .cia can go into online play without the need of header, does this mean I can multiplayer in games that enable it? Another little doubt is why I can't get Miiverse recognizing what games I played?
Any suggestion/feedback will be very appreciated! :)

Cias can go online without a cart header as they use the console's header. Not sure about the other questions.

I was going to update RxTools today so i can get the 10.7 update to play online, but apparently the github where the nightlies were is gone and I have no idea if 3.0Beta2 supports the latest update.

So... The question is, how do i switch from RxTools to AuReiNand (on o3DS-XL) or should i even?

RxTools 3.0b2 can support the latest emuNAND no problem. I wouldn't bother switching to AuReiNAND unless you're switching over to Arm9loaderhax (Cakes is also an option if you make the switch to A9lh).

I've completely missed all the news since 10.5 came out, so I have no idea what A9LH is, what it does and what it's used for.

My goal ATM is to make my 3DS run as well as possible, with as little pain in the ass when an update rolls out.

A9lh is currently the best exploit. It is launched milliseconds into boot, giving you a 100% bootrate, a fast startup time, and it negates the need for emuNAND. Because the exploit is installed on a low level, you can update your actual sysNAND and still use CFW. There's a guide here with information about A9lh and a tutorial on setting it up. Do note that it is much riskier to set up and much more complicated to set up than previous exploits. I'd recommend to only set it up if you feel very comfortable with modifying the 3DS and, while it doesn't seem to happen too often, are willing to risk potentially bricking your 3DS.

Can anyone help me restore my NAND.bin file to my 3DS using the Gateway Menu? It says "NAND.bin File Error".

Please :(
Was the NAND backup made with the Gateway launcher?

Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
