Try to update to Luma 6.6. Also, can I get a screenshot of your luma/payloads folder?

Ok so when attempting to update to 6.6 it says it successfully did. However when I check version it stays as "6.5-cef947d6 (dev)" Then here is what the root of my SD card and payload folder look like

I have a n3DS with Sysnand 9.2.0-20U and Reinand + rxTools, on Rei 11.0.0-33U, and since it is outdated I want to switch to A9LH + Luma3DS.
What should I do? Just follow this guide from there on: https://3ds.guide/decrypt9-(homebrew-launcher) ?

Anything I should consider or look after?

Try manually updating to 6.6 and deleting the config.bin file in your luma folder first.

Done so yet it still is still on the same version. Looks like it doesn't want to update for the life of it.

I need some help I just started converting nes roms using the nes cia injector on here but after I install the cia nes game, it freezes before The start screen and whats weird it that it doesn't freeze my 3ds just the nes converted into cias do.

My 3ds is on 11.2 sysnand with luma

Ok, there's gotta be a simple solution to this, but I r stoopid. I'm applying Plailect's guide tonight to a 10.7 N3ds. I've done this to both a N3DS and an O3DS once each before, but the guide has been updated siince. The instructions specifically for this FW (10.7) now says to edit the first bookmark in the browser to a certain URL, then close out, turn off wireless, etc.

I managed to edit the bookmark, and the browser is definitely attempting to browse to that page (the url appears on the top screen when I tap the bookmark). But inevitably I'm getting a popup that the browser cannot be used until a system update. Is there a workaround for this, or am I going to be stuck with using some other entrypoint?

Yep just follow that.
Just make sure you make backups whenever it says and id make backup of game saves using JKSave Manager

did you install sdless a9lh? Did you tick the "autoboot sysnand" on it?

In a picture that they posted on the previous page, there was no option for autoboot sysNAND.

That means you have menuhax setup. Proceed to the downgrade page.

Try uninstalling menuhax and find another way into the Homebrew Launcher.

You didn't read the 1st time I answered.

Also, if you want to check if you have a frankenfirmware, run this program from homebrew made by @zoogie , it will show you if you have a clean 9.2 or not:

I downloaded it and checked. It shows me this:

I guess that says, that it is Frankenfirmware.

Also, I wanted to do what you said, got the 9.2 Update-Files and tried to downgrade with SysUpdater, but it showed me the same error with "Failed to get CIA Info".
Then I tried with SafeSysUpdater. I started it and checked the files and it showed me that the MD5 Number is not the same.
How can this be possible, I'm 100% sure that these are the right files.

I get to section 5 where I inject the hs.app it happens fine on the o3ds however when I reboot and try to open the health and safety app its still the Nintendo health and safety app
