Please lock this at once. Not only are the OP's posts so abstract and unintelligible but they referrence "no$3ds", an emulator which doesn't exist especially since the original creator of no$gmb and no$gba went missing OVER 4 YEARS AGO and was never heard from again. Quite a few fake instances of the "emulator" have appeared over the web and youtube offering password-protected archives to download it and other similar scams.
This is worse than the R4 clones which rode on the R4's popularity. This post is referrencing a successor of a maggot-ridden long-defunct and unupdated emulator which has stuck as delusionarily popular with the community simply because it's low on resources, ignoring how horridly out of date and buggy it is. By claiming a successor to it exists when no 3DS emulator has been made, it is addressing itself to utterly the lowest and most ignorant and stupid segment of the NDS emulation fanbase, and OP is making a referrence to it! That certainly loses a lot of credibility and prestige of the whole rest of your statement! It starts with a few buzzwords such as encryption and RSA and a program that does it in order to draw attention, then it breaks down into jibberish and a false claim.
This isn't something you make a mistake with. That emulator simply doesn't exist and whoever tries the program will likely end up with a virus or wasted time upvoting websites and an archive containing no$gba. To claim otherwise means you know VERY well what you are doing, and that is fooling people.
While the discussion herein(admittingly lacking any real substance) should continue, it'd be best left untainted by the claims of the OP and thus in another thread altogether.
