Homebrew 3DS Homebrew FBI installer not working [NEED HELP]

so i've recently installed homebrew through soundhax on 3DS version 11.0.0.0-33E and have correctly placed my FBI folder in the 3ds folder along with my cia (Ocarina of time 3D) in my CIA folder in my root and when I open the homebrew launcher and start FBI it comes up with this

this has been running for about half an hour like this and it wont start up
a fix to this would be greatly appreciated

Yep, its still going btw, probably gonna turn off now till someone comes up with a solution to this

Is the CIA "Legit?" You can install legit CIAs on certain firmwares.

However, if you do not have CFW (custom firmware), you cannot install CIAs.

I believe the source did not specify, however would that really matter if I can't even get FBI installer working? Like I said the FBI installer wouldn't start up in the first place. Also I've been going off this tutorial (yes im that much of a noob) which states that no CFW is involved, could you Clarify if he's wrong or not?

Ill just bypass all of that and tell you that you need to install Arm9LoaderHax. It is the premium Hack for the 3ds that can let you do all sorts of crazy stuff.
I will link "The Guide" and you need to not just read it, BUT STUDY IT! LEARN IT! it is very important. Follow it to the 'T' and you will be good.

FBI on Homebrew wont really work as fbi doesn't have access to most of the data in the 3ds.

Like what Stephano said, you'd be better actually hacking your 3ds. Its a bit harder than homebrew but its worth it. Just research, don't watch video tutorials, and stick to 3ds.guide.
