Hardware 3ds headphone jack not working properly

So I've tried multiple headphones and they all give the same result. Whenever I plug in headphones they output no sound, I turn the plug while it's in the jack and sometimes sound does output through the headphones but it's quiet and distorted.

Well this is easy, loose connector on the motherboard
