Gaming 3DS DSiWare Transfer Damaged My DSi?!

Hi you guys I recently registered hoping for a solution if not well I hope my experience can help you.

What I did was the same steps mentioned in the first post: went to the dsiware shop, tried to download the 3ds transfer data application, a few download erros appeared, reset my DSI XL and bam "an error has occurred"

Man my DSI XL is only 3 months old =( by the way I'm from Bogota Colombia but registered my DSI XL as USA region.

Some people say that this problem is produced by a bad wifi connection I'm not so sure about that

if your DSi is only 3 months you can take advantage of the warranty...im about to send mine to the US and I will have to pay for it as we dont get solutions for this...

OK so i probably am going to buy a 3DS later, and i have a dsi in 1.4.2 (yes i need to update), and i would like to transfer some of my dsiware.
The questions is, is there any solution or wich dsi get these bugs?

not yet...for nintendo this never happened...I have to send mine to see if they fix it and give me back my games...

I got mine back yesterday. Well, all DSi-Ware was deleted. So my Sudokuhax, but this in not a problem, because I got this little DSi + Internet-Video. Positive: I could download my DSi-Ware from Shop!
They said, that they would also have (ex)changed the L & R-Button, but they haven't

btw, what happened to your DSis? Were they also fixed for free?

if its the same dsi i am wondering if they are pulling out the nand and putting in a new one. i wonder if the download errors caused the nand to become physically damaged.

it seems that only a few people complained about this issue, and i am sure that others experienced it but did not comment on it.

did nintendo charge you anything to fix your dsi? are you 100% sure they shipped you back the exact same dsi?

They said that they would have changed the NAND. It's the same DSi, I can see it because of the position of the DSi-screen-protector on the topscreen. The position on the touchscreen is not the same as before.
And yes, they made it for free

try going to an Official Game Store [like Datablitz] and try to ask them if they can repair it.
