Hacking 3.4U with HBC - what now?

I was halfway through kongsnutz' guide on Yafaze when they took everything down. I still have all the files I just don't know the steps and now I'm really confused on how to continue from the guides here or on CompleteSoftmodGuide.

Does anyone have this guide somewhere? Or can anyone help me from where I am? I have a 3.4U system and I got the HBC, I don't really know where to go from here though. If I just follow this will I be all set?
