You need more than just the System Menu wad alone, boy..
You need:
1)System Menu WAD
2)MIOS
3)IOS30
4)BC
Don't ask me where to get em. I've only used cIOS Downgrader to downgrade/upgrade >__>

Install DVDX. http://www.wiibrew.org/wiki/DVDxcyberpred said:Thanks EOC for a great guide and download. Worked for me as I went from 3.4E to 3.2E with no problems.
But I do have one issue:
1. The Backup channel works great with my back DVDs but I can not see any DVD in HBC. Media player wont work or any program that needs to read the DVD (even Gator will not see the DVD).
Please help anyone. :-(

Or, do something that is actually possible. Such as update to 3.4 like you said, then downgrade. (Also reccomended in this case, because 3.1 and below have trouble playing some Wiiware
I am sorry, my bad.georgecoat said:Weather and News channels stopped working.

I did that already - even though it says it is installed it will not work.

Do you mean you want to play DVD movies? You have to use Mplayer wii to do that. Only the one team twiizers made works with a DVD you didn't burn yourself, I think.
I've installed libdi too, but I don't know if that does something (don't use Mplayer that much)

Yes, even if you have received errors trying to install other wads this should still work.
+Load Custom WM in Homebrew Channel and install cios_fix.wad
You cannot install this wad with Wad Manager. This is a custom wad manager designed to work for IOS16.
