klick or klack if it is compatible with the WII?

On the compatibility list runs the 1 TB & 2 TB but not 1.5 TB, what is the different about this drives ?

they should be. difference is probably not more than storage capacity.

I just got a WD 1.5TB Elements External HDD (WDBAAU0015HBK-NESN) and it works great with Wiiflow, Usbloader GX, and MPlayer CE

Stay away from the MyBook 1.5TB. My friend got one, it did not work with wii, and returned it. He got another, it did the same thing. Returned that, got a Seagate 1TB which works fine.

From what I been hearing, it sounds like the WD Elements series has better compatibility than MyBook, so I'm not surprised yours worked.

I have a MyBook 1.5tb Essential, it works with everything (HBC/except Triiforce's USB Nand(works to load the program, just not the USBnand, dunno why)/Cfg USBLoader v51) - So, I don't know why you're saying it doesn't work with the Wii.

I have the same HD (2tb WD essential). I want to use it for backing up my games which are one 2 different 1tb HD's that I brought from someone. Can someone tell me how to format the 2tb I am new to all this.
