Hacking 2DS won't turn on

Hello
today i received a 2ds bricked (blue screen) from a friend he told me the reason of the brick it was he trying to restore backup of his nand, any way that is not the problem.
i try to do ntrboot thing but the 2ds wont turn on with sleep mode switch on
why is that ? is this a full brick and it can be fix with hardmod ?
and sorry for my bad english...

Maybe your flashcard has bad contact. Try puting piece of paper under it.

it's not the flashcard any way i passed over the problem i was doing the hardmod after i finish, i said let's try one more time ntrboot and it works magically
now am stuck, Godmode won't install the backup nand he give me this :

i try the ctrtransfr image but he won't give me the option (restore sysNAND safe) like wann i try the backup nand pic :

and the decrypt9 did not even go on the pic :

Ok. First of all, boot to decrypt9 (best way is via godmode9_ntrboot -> select decrypt9.firm and run it) and then try CTRTransfer or Lazarus3DS

hmm. Ok then, try the lazarus3ds script. If that won't work, I have really no idea. (if you are booting godmode9 via ntrboot, dont forget to run it again from SD via it self again, so you can write to CTRNand)

Install b9s and run GodMode9 from a payload, not directly from the ntrboot cart. You will have to reflash it if that's what you were doing.

But without safeb9sinstaller working how am supposed to install B9S ?

Booting godmode9 directly from a flashcard is fine I do it myself without issue, I use that so I know its booted from the Flashcard and then I can install b9s directly or boot Luma3ds or fix the system as needed

But without safeb9sinstaller working how am supposed to install B9S ?

From looking at your screenshots the safeb9installer is having issues reading your SD card, backup the card and reformat it clean and then only place the needed files onto it and try again.

blind stab in the dark (i see this kind of thing [sd errors] often) so my blind stab in the dark is the sd reader hardware is damaged and the op should put some sticky tape around the sd card covering the write protect switch then try again

That’s true unless you already have the needed files in the support folder, then it works just fine.

sort of . . . you gotta cover the entire write switch area (so the sd card edge is flush) . . . you also have to consider that it could be too broken . . . it makes he wounder how honest/thorough your buddy was about the consoles history

no it's not the LOCK thing of the SD card i sure, about the brick he told me he was trying to restore backup sysnand hardmodelly but apparently he install the wrong nand or his backup was bad backup i not sure

As wormdood has said you need to work out what is wrong with your SD card

But you can have payloads on SD, so you can then boot into godmode9.firm which can access it.

I don't think his SD is working, he's using the ntrboot that loads GodMode9 from the flashcart not from SD

But when i use copy any files to out of gm9 file I see it was created the file on SD.

I think the problem is something in hardware of motherboard like the guy :
