Hacking 2DS won't turn on

I don't think his SD is working, he's using the ntrboot that loads GodMode9 from the flashcart not from SD

I know. But the point with NTR GM9 is that you can see if you are booting from SD or from flashcard. And after you booted from flashcard, you can run normal payloads (because GM9 allows you to run .firm files). But if his SD is not working, he is out of luck.

Your SD card reader inside might just be failing, it's replaceable I think...

I just can't think of any other way that ALL your SD cards you tested can't be read. Maybe the ribbon cable inside got damaged or loose. Maybe an SD card pin got bent. There's many possibilities.

when i search the problem i find two possibility ;
1- the SD card is the problem (in my case it's not, i sure)
2- the bad soldering hardmod ...
*i don't find the card reader is the problem (but iit could be)
