i have a pal wii 4.2e cios19 with ios 57 as base and i am using usb loader gx, when i play the game i get to the knockout stages of the world cup and the game freezes and makes the same buzzing noise as monster hunter tri if you dont use hermes v4 223

Just played the game all the way through to the final and no freezing and buzzing sound, the freeze must of been a one off

Hmmm...

well, try running it under IOS223 v4, and see if that works.

The game works fine for me (on disc) with DARKCORP.

I just finished 2 matches of the knockout stages yesterday.

Happened to me on NTSC. I couldn't for the life of me access the online. It would freeze before connecting, even after I had played 8 or 9 games without a hitch. I had to resort to delete my save, which fixed the issue, and I just lost my single player stats (not the online ones since they are stored on EA's server db).
