In theory, but for now no since it isn"t a working Homebrew Entry Point for the moment. You need to wait the fix of all of them first.
@LysergCooltyp If the console are in 10.7.0-32 you need to block DNS, or in your router or other possible way the servers to don"t trigger the Internet Browser nag. If is in 11.0.0-33 System Transfer needs that the console is in lastest Firmware.
I'm using 'chncdcks' dns to block updates on my wii u. Will that be sufficient on the 3DS as well or do i need to use a different service?
Yeah, that was pretty much my question. While loosely reading the topic some people saying you couldn't downgrade anymore or that you could brick your console, so the confirmation that i'm not screwed makes me feel comfortable again. If by that you're asking whether or not a New 3DS XL will make a difference, then no. In fact, you're probably better off with one of those. If it's lower than 11.0, even better. Mine was when I bought it earlier in the year but I had to update to do the system transfer. I didn't think to look into hacking it before that because I thought it would interfere with the transfer (it probably wouldn't, from my understanding). I feel so dumb now, so I'm not updating beyond 11.0 until I can hack it fully.
It's gonna be my first 3DS, so I think system transfers don't apply to me fortunately.
