If that is what you are comfortable with doing then why not. But it would be better if you could get it from a place you can return after downgrading as that is a secondary exploit and you never know when it will be blocked on later updates. Here in the US the price dropped very low and grabbed one for $15.

After doing that,i want to format ma 3DS beofre downgrade 10.4 to 9.2 can I?
Because the system transfer can cause a softbrick,so can i downgrade my N3DS 11.0 (10.4 after this method) before downtgrading into 9.2?

I tried and it works. Downgraded from 11.0 to 9.2

REMINDER: i used fieldrunners hax , i've downgraded to 10.4 nativ_firm and now trying to downgrade with PlaiSysUpdater and stuck all the time on HAX INIT.... i have menuhax_manager , i even formater system memory. and even SafeSysUpdater not working , sysupdater (failed to get cia file info) , any solution? more than 50 times i tryed.

Just take out the SD card before or use TinyFormat. Either way, you'll need to reinstall all your titles on the card.

No, if you system transfer back to the first console after downgrading & installing a9lh (only for two o3ds or two n3ds consoles, not one o3ds and one n3ds).

You shouldn"t System Format before checking you downgrade sucessfully the NATIVE_FIRM you can done this with NASA and try installing a Legit CIA like NVER from 10.7 and see if it worked. You will have to wait the 7 days for System Transfer again.
Also 2.1 Downgrade in theory work from at least 10.x in Original 3DS Models (if you do that to a New 3DS you will brick because you just need to unbrick it before to can be usable in New 3DS something you can"t do if you downgrade the System Nand) and some people did that sucessfully, but it will be better to don"t do that because there"s the risk that it can brick the console.
