Hacking 0shippingzone ignoring me?

My order of an acekard2i and 4GB memory card was shipped ( so it says) on March 28. It's May 19 and i'm pissed

. To their defense May 1-3 was Chinese Labor Day. And i know that its the people delivering its fault but i've also sent 0shippingzone multiple messages to date and 0 responses. They have a gbatemp.net account and i've got a few responses, but the last one was on the 14th. They asked for my order number and then they could help me. 5 days later and still no response. They even have a 24/7 online chat thing but there is never any customer support online. This is my tracking according to the USPS so far.

If you think 0SZ is a small website that shouldn't be trusted, that means it's safe to say that ShopTemp is a small website that shouldn't be trusted.

Hopefully tomorrow will be the day and that's a big hopefully. I hear the tracking never gets updated so you never know when it might come.

They must have seen this topic because I just got an email reply. Im just happy to see they responded

.This is what it said:



Dear Customer

We have called the China post and feedback it to them

They said your package is shipped out from Guangzhou city to US.

It is on the way to US.

Your package was sent to China post before the Chinese public holiday.

As you know,whatever China post or HK post ,they will take a long time to process it .

So the package can not be shipped the package out before the public holiday.

After the public holiday,the China post got the goods for 3 days.

That's a huge number of mails,but their processing speed is limited.

We guess that's why your package gets delay.

Anyway we have wrote down a tracking application to China post.

But they need some time to check it . It is really slow.

We still got no answer from the China post,that's why we didnt reply you.

i just bought my acekard2i from 0sz a couple months ago and everything went off without a hitch. shipping did take a while, but it is coming from pretty far away and the shipping is free. mine only cost $16.50 and they're even cheaper now

Yea mine was 14.50 or something ( not including the $1 for tracking). Their microsd cards were cheap two.

i ordered a acekard 2i from shoptemp on 8th May, on may 10 i got the email saying it was shipped, on the 14th on the tracking site hongkong post it says, "left Hong Kong for its destination on 14-May-2010", & now its the 20thavent recived it yet, wheres my package? how long will it take?

t377y000 it took me 17 days from when it was received at Guangzhou city. Don't worry about it im waiting for my 2nd card and its only been 11 days. Just trust this site, its really reliable and their customer service is amazing.

It's only been 12 days. Start worrying when it's been 20. I think it takes around 15 days from what I hear. I wouldn't know for sure because mines still not here XD .

No, minum once shipped 2 weeks..... i once ordered from dx it took 1 month..... but they are busier then 0sz..... so it should be like 2 - 4 weeks

You guys should remember that the volcanic eruption in Iceland has delayed the arrival of some packages. HKP sent me a notice for a package, saying it would be delayed indefinitely until the situation gets better.

This is bad news and i would also like to know if this affected shipping to U.S because I doubt that it even goes through Iceland from China at all. I also found out that the eruption could take months.
