WE ARE SO BACK
Sent everything on hiatus but my PS5 and my Switch 2 atm
Took my GameCube to a local repair shop for a recap and they want 65 bucks (20 Euros for the caps and 45 for the job), even though I mostly play my GC games on my Wii I accepted because I really care about my consoles being in good conditions. Next one to fix will be my Dreamcast and my OG XBox. The fact 7th gen consoles broke before my Game Gear is mind blowing to me, though.
i still think pokemon emerald on a ps2 is cursed but awesome at the same time
Wow, I'm 10 years in GBATemp....
It is by my disheartful concern that my OG Xbox decided to die. It's probably the power supply that needs some resoldering, since it had the golden caps so there's no way that they bulged from down there. But I basically have no time to tear it down and check everything. I'll get it fixed eventually.
And how is this user doing? Been a while since I've seen you too. Thought you were a developer at some point?

Yesterday I got the first chunk of things that I needed for my retro setup! I still need the shelves (which should come this wednesday). I'm thinking to plug all the 6th gen home consoles, a Wii, the Atari 2600 and either the Snes or the N64.
