It is by my disheartful concern that my OG Xbox decided to die. It's probably the power supply that needs some resoldering, since it had the golden caps so there's no way that they bulged from down there. But I basically have no time to tear it down and check everything. I'll get it fixed eventually.

Yesterday I got the first chunk of things that I needed for my retro setup! I still need the shelves (which should come this wednesday). I'm thinking to plug all the 6th gen home consoles, a Wii, the Atari 2600 and either the Snes or the N64.

The other day I did this job at a local electronic repair shop and the guy was sort of surprised because instead of wanting money I wanted the spare consoles customers gave them but never retrieved or they didn't bother to repair. Good chances are I'll end up with good replacement pieces for mine, or consoles actually working, since they were specialized in phone/tablet/computer repairs but not consoles.

I have 3 Xbox360 at my place, one is the one I RGH'd last week (Jasper), the second is a BLADES Xenon model which hasn't been touched since 2006 and the third is this Jasper that can't read discs and apparently is banned online. I asked to irl friends if they wanted that 360 since I have no space. They all said no.
