I applied the fixes. I just need to sit and test them.

That's quite good to know! Although I only tested Team Arena and Open Arena and the latter didn't load properly sadly. I know there's a Simpsons map that is widely known to be too heavy Also, I tried two more things: First one is to start...

Yeah some textures aren't being fully loaded due to memory. Which should TECHNICALLY get fixed the moment I drop OpenGX. The controller issue may be a deadzone issue at this point. I should try adding making the controller less sensible but the...

Excellent work either way as always, this port has been stellar so far and I'm looking forward to the next release! Really the only issues for me are the sensitivity on the gamecube controller (and presumably others?) still not being correct...

I'm also doing tests connecting online, most of the weight was made by OpenGX (which was expected, but at that point I started excluding everything so testing out JIT over Interpreter was also a good approach). I still stand by the opinion that I...

I think you're being too harsh on yourself as far as the FPS goes, even 45 FPS is quite nice and playable during heavy fire, I've been playing this port of Quake 3 as is with keyboard and mouse and having a blast. For comparison the dreamcast...

I already prepared an AGENTS.MD file aimed toward AIs who want to analyze the technical standpoints of the port. And no, the best way is to drop OpenGX and make native GX calls. OpenGX just adds extra loads to the CPU. The port won't...

As far as updates go, I'm getting to the end toward this project. There's some new stuff though: First of all, the bad news: I tried to drop the interpreter and make it run with actual Wii instructions - I already did this and there wasn't much...

    Modern architecture and RAM, especially.

I'd avoid WiiU if that's your idea frankly, It's not really a friendly environment, especially on the rendering side. But Wii/DC port would be your best bets. DC really sounds like a perfect candidate for this.

It's a tool and you shouldn't trust it blindly. Since It's in the homebrew scene and the worst it could happen is something unable to boot until some tinkering has been done, but on an actual job you can see where it falls down. You can check...

Awesome release! I tried your suggestion to uncap the FPS and I think it actually runs quite nicely, if you have one or two bots it really only drops to about 40 while maintaining 60 most of the time. Assuming someone is using this on a WiiU with...

Yeah that was my expectations. I'd rather keep it at stable 30 than see it dancing between 40-60. But this is a CPU issue rather than a memory issue at this point. I didn't think about the overclocked vWii part on WiiU. I may check it out. I...
