Among the various clones of this site I found a shady, bizarre (and outdated) "*modsnip*". Don't you dare to buy your medicines there; they are far from "safe" and will certainly be counterfeit (definitely toxic, to boot). I say this for your own good. And don't say I didn't warn you!!!
I was surprised to notice that english seems to have very few swear words to indicate "stupid things", and often when necessary I find myself forced to repeat those few banal terms, while in Italian we have a whole, special vocabulary dedicated only to these, which are numerous, rich in nuances and suitable for every occasion and for all seasons. Which says a lot about my people...
One thing that regrets and amazes me (not so much, really) is how many users here, especially young english natives, don't care at all about syntax and punctuation: all an amorphous pile of words one after another, without capitalization, commas etc. Lazy, sloppy and unkempt here, as in daily life, I suppose. It seems rather the foreigners who hold up the value, style and quality of the english language.
German friends, take a hard look at yourselves. The past is not far away; it is content in the present. Karma will follow you like a shadow, yours and that of your ancestors. Do not look away, do not point to others: look within, and remember. This concerns you (and us as well).
When I see someone drowning in doubts, uncertainties and inhibitions, I can't help but............ give him the coup de grace, pushing him further down, to aggravate his condition, to the extreme consequences: social death...........but liberation from roles, masks and his conditioning, true healing (but not for society).

Am a quarter into the book. Oh my… He is constantly contradicting himself (and forbids any form of critique – because it would be identifying oneself with the intellect). Heavy usage (abuse) of circular reasoning. Pointing out why [statement] is wrong and doesn't work is overruled by "You did not truly do […]"
Calling evaluation/assessment the problem itself is a neat method to protect the own doctrine…

I always thought that GBATemp meant TEMPLE where the sacred GBA was worshipped; instead I am told that it comes from the less evocative and more prosaic term of TEMPORARY GBA. Alas, this is a bit of a disappointment ....one among many, to boot.

A direct confrontation, an explicit criticism or a blatant offense, are always better than that heartless, cowardly, underhanded and ill-concealed attack that is called indifference (or snobbism) and that most pretend not to see, tolerate or condemn in words but exercise (hypocritically) in fact. This is really about you.
