I don't know how many will have got down and dirty with famiclones around here to say, much less gone in for family basic (which has only more recently seen a revival in/uptick in interest). For others playing along the minor tweak 6502 and basic chips that the vast majority of the NES/famicom library make use of on the base hardware can sort of be replicated by what was then off the shelf/end of life legacy components to play most games happily enough without having to hope your NES still works/the local nerds had not bought them all up.
However "vast majority" and "most" is not all and much like general emulation there will be exceptions, this potentially being one such exception.
Famiclones then being a rather older concept than the current takes in things like MiSTer and made throughout the period then they can be quite variable as to what they do.
I did see a thread the other day on romhacking.net
https://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.php?topic=35522.0 covering some things but not really from the vantage point of famiclones.
Between that thread and what I have seen in general for famiclones you will probably want one on the more accurate end but I don't know what they will be, much less where you will find things in mainland China or Hong Kong if you are close enough for a day pass right now.
